How Much?
You will want to know how much you can expect to pay for your website. Prices below show our
three services - Design, Hosting and Updates

If we Design and Host your single page website SAVE £10.00
If we Design and Host your multiple page website SAVE £20.00
~ Prices include registering a new .co.uk domain ~
potentially saving a further £10.00
Examples:
Single page website designed and hosted for one year - £125.00
Single page website designed and hosted for two years - £165.00
Six page Standard website designed and hosted for one year - £160.00
Six page Standard website designed and hosted for two years - £200.00
Design
We offer two packages - Standard and Bespoke.
Standard:
Just need a single page? £75.00.

Minimum charge for multiple pages - £120.00
- First 6 pages at £20.00 per page
- Next 6 pages at £17.50 per page
- Thereafter £15.00 per page (ie page 13 onwards)
Bespoke:
If you would like a personally tailored website please contact us so we can discuss your requirements and give you an
individual price. Expect to pay upwards of £500 depending on number of pages and features needed.
For a Standard website but with extra features not included in that service, we will need to know what extras are
needed before giving you a price. Expect to pay upwards of £250 depending on number of pages and features needed.

Hosting

- £60 for one year
- £100 for two years (equals £50.00 per year)
- Once only £10.00 fee to register a new .co.uk domain
Includes:
- Five email addresses
- Unlimited size website
- Free uploading of websites written by us
- Three minor page updates per year
Extras:
- £10 set up fee for each additional 5 email addresses (unlimited addresses available)
- From £20.00 to upload your website * (free if written by us)
- From £10.00 to upload updated/additional pages (free if written by us)
* Although the size of your website is unlimited, if you do not have software to upload your website so require us to
do so, we will need to charge you. This charge will depend on the size of your website and is charged at £20
for the first hour (includes the initial set-up) and £10.00 per hour thereafter. After the initial set up,
further uploading is charged at £10.00 per hour. Please contact us for more details and a firm price.
Please note: Once purchased, we are unable to give a refund on these services or unused hosting time
should you move your website elsewhere or no longer need it.
Updates and New Pages
From time to time you may require your pages to be updated or new pages added. We are happy to provide this
service for the prices shown below.
Please note: Adding to and updating pages written by us is straightforward. However, if your pages
have been written by someone else we will need to discuss details with you first. Some websites are written using
software and we may not be able to offer our services on these occasions. However, providing we can make
the changes, the fees are the same.
New Pages:
- £20.00 per page for first five pages (minimum charge £30.00)
- £15.00 per page thereafter
- Includes new links added to original pages (if required)
Updates:
- £15.00 per page (minimum charge £20.00)
- Three minor* updates per year included if we are hosting your website
If you require more frequent, regular updates (ie weekly) - please ask for a price.
* by minor we mean simple changes to text not a re-design of a page, ie a name or phone number has changed or
a service added. We appreciate groups who have a Diary page with forthcoming events and meetings need more work
than this, so provided we receive these dates set out clearly we may be able to include them as a minor change - please
discuss details with us.
